Property vewing trips to Spain are essential if you have decided you would like to buy a property in Spain. Property viewing trips to spain are specifically organised for you to take advantage of our knowledge of the area and the properties. This viewing trip is similar to those offered by lots of other property companies but our property viewing trips are very different in many ways:
Accommodation is provided in one the houses we have built!
We will arrange the flights to Spain and accommodation for you. You will be given accommodation in one the houses we have built. These are properties we have sold and the client rent them out as extra income. This gives you an opportunity to inspect the quality of the properties, the local environment, sample the location and talk with the neighbours (our previous clients) to find out first hand what its like to buy a house through us.
You will find that other companies will give you accommodation in hotels well away from the properties they want to sell you and ensure you do not talk to previous clients by being with you from breakfast to bed time. Some people think they are keeping you away from other agents but we believe they are keeping you away from their customers.
Four day viewing trips
The viewing trip will normally last for four days, during this time we will show you houses or apartments that are within your price range and requirements. Your visit here will be on a one to one basis. You will not be taken around in groups. Your evenings can be by yourselves if required. We appreciate that you need time to digest what we have been telling you.
A Personal representative
You will have a personal representative during the visit that will help and assist you, not only with obvious questions about the actual properties, but also about the living experience as a British person who has chosen to live in Spain. This representative will be assigned to you throughout the whole process if you decide to go ahead with a purchase.
You will not be required to have a “Bankers Draft” or any other form of payment with you during this visit. You will have time to think about your decision, if indeed you have made one. You will also be able to extend your time in Spain if required and the only extra charges will be the costs involved with extending your stay. No profit will be made by this company if you decide to do this.
No Pressure, just walk away!
Remember if you are over here on a viewing trip with a company who is not showing you what you want to see then just walk away. You have the option of booking your own accommodation and flight home. Compared to the value of the house you are buying surely it is worth spending a few hundred pounds extra and get the property you really want. We often get people coming into our offices who have done this.
