Property viewing trips to Spain are essential if you have decided you would like to buy a property in Spain. Property viewing trips to Spain are specifically organised for you to take advantage of our knowledge of the area and the properties. Our viewing trip is similar to those offered by lots of other property companies but our property viewing trips are very different in many ways. If you are intending to come to Spain on your own we would still like to show you around as we know where everything is. Just showing you one of our houses is only a small percentage of what you need to know if you intend to buy a property in Spain. So if you are coming on your own steam make sure you book an appointment and let us show you what there is to see.
We don’t offer cheep viewing trips
Unlike some companies we do not believe in cheep viewing trips. If you are serious about wanting a property here in Spain then we believe you should not be penalised with the price you are paying for your property by subsidising those people who are just over here for “a few days away” or “to have a look”! Some companies have a huge amount of clients here with the opinion that if some of them buy, the inflated price of the houses they sell will cover the cost of those who don’t buy. As I have said before there is no such thing as a “free lunch”, if you purchase one of our properties we will refund you the cost of your flight and accommodation.
I don’t believe we can be fairer than that. Do you?

Four day viewing trips
The viewing trip will normally last for four days, during this time we will show you houses or apartments that are within your price range and requirements. Your visit here will be on a one to one basis. You will not be taken around in groups. We appreciate that you need time to digest what we have been telling you so we do not stay with you all evening, again a lot of companies will not leave you alone just in case you get approached by other agents selling houses. Obviously if you want us to stay with you we can but it is a long day and we believe you need time on your own to fully appreciate your time here.
A Personal representative
You will have a personal representative during the visit who will help and assist you, not only with obvious questions about the actual properties, but also about the living experience. We have all chosen to live in Spain, so we can answer the questions. This representative will be assigned to you throughout the whole process if you decide to go ahead with a purchase.
You will not be required to have a “Bankers Draft” with you during this visit. You will have time to think about your decision, if indeed you have made one. You will also be able to extend your time in Spain if required and the only extra charges will be the costs involved with extending your stay. No profit will be made by this company if you decide to do this. Obviously if you find what you want we can put the wheels in motion as soon as you say. We believe you need to be ready to go ahead with a purchase when you come to Spain to have a look, if you like what you see then we can get a lot of the work done whilst you are here. It is not essential that you are in a position to go ahead with the purchase but if you are looking at a re-sale it may not be available for long. If you are looking at a new build, this process can take up to a year before you have to part with a large part of your money.
No Pressure, just walk away!
Remember if you are over here on a viewing trip with a company who is not showing you what you want to see then just walk away. You have the option of booking your own accommodation and flight home. Compared to the value of the house you are buying surely it is worth spending a few hundred pounds extra and get the property you really want. We often get people coming to us who have done this.
