AspeAspe FiestasLike other Spanish towns Aspe has numerous fiestas, The list below will be updated shortly, If you have any comments or fiesta dates to add to this page please send them to us for inclusion. We will keep adding to this list and will produce a calendar so you can see what is coming up, or book your time over here to coincide with your favourites The town of Aspe is located on the southern part of the Costa Blanca, approximately 30 minutes drive from the coast. With a population of 16,000 this is a well established community, & as a result there are a good selection of shops, restaurants & other facilities already in place; in addition to government managed amenities such as schools, doctors etc. Though there is increased interest in the town it still remains unspoiled by tourism; having retained much of its inherent culture & atmosphere. The old town centre is a please to walk through, though its centre piece must be its central square; the Plaza del Ayuntamiento, featuring an interesting church & modern casino. Aspe is also well known for its mild climate & the entire region enjoys sunshine for in excess of 320 days per year. The sun is at its hottest during the summer months, with temperatures rarely falling below 30°C (86°F). Winters are typically very mild with averages hovering around 18°C (64°F). Except for the winter of 2004/05 where we were all a tad on the cold side!
