La Romana Property Services is the practical side of Find Villas Spain. This side of the company takes care of all your requirements after you have brought your house in Spain. It specialises in the day to day maintenance of your home, cleaning and maintenance of your pool and garden acting as a key holder in case of emergencies and the supplying of experienced tradesmen for any of the jobs you are looking to do. In conjunction with Find Villas Spain it will market your property should you decide you wish to sell or if you are looking to rent your property out. It will also add your property to the ever increasing rental portfolio.
La Romana Property Services has many years experience in property & property maintenance both in the UK and the Costa Blanca, Spain. We will be able to help you in any way you need us to.
This service is not just available to people who have brought through us but indeed has a large number of clients who use our services that have not purchased from us.
There are a lot of agents who are only interested in selling you a house, they are not interested in any form of after-sales and can’t be bothered to help you if you have a problem. We at Find Villas Spain go against the grain with this as we want you to recommend us to our next client.

Rentals
La Romana Property Services has a dedicated team of people in place that will take care of all your rental needs. From finding your clients, checking them in/out, (with or without a welcome pack) and produce a property report after the clients have left. We will if requested take a holding deposit upon your guests arrival and return it to them when they leave, thus ensuring the safe return of keys. This money is held onto should any damage of losses have occurred.
When the clients arrive we show them the property, take dated photos for our records and show your clients where all the local amenities are. Your clients are important to us as well as you, so we feel if everyone is protected, everyone is happy.
Unlike some property agents, we do not insist on supplying your clients, if you have friends, relatives or indeed you have found your own clients we are still happy to look after them, even if this is on a one off basis. The normal process of rental is the client pays their rental in advance and then on arrival pays the check-in person for what ever service you/they are wanting. This can be just for the final clean or regular cleaning throughout their stay. We have found in the past that our clients prefer it this way. So if, for example, you are having relatives coming to use the property you have someone between you and them to ensure the place is clean and tidy when they leave and they do not abuse your hospitality. You may not mind them using your property but you do not want them to cost you money whilst they are here. Beware of people wanting a cheep holiday from you!

Property services
Key Holder Service
La Romana Property Services have a large number of clients on their books that use our “Key Holder” service. If you are away from your home you know that there is a trustworthy person ready to attend to your house should the need arise. This person (normally me) can be the 1st or 2nd point of call should your alarm activate, they will attend your house, check that all is ok and liaise with the alarm company to rectify any problems. 95% of my call outs are to reset the power, 5% are where the alarm has gone off (none of these have been for an intruder) The alarm systems here are a good back up and offer excellent peace of mind. Should you require references all my clients will be willing to do this. If you do not have an alarm system in place we will be happy to arrange this for you. We also offer a visiting service should you wish us to check your property over on a given time scale.
Pet Care
We offer a pet care service where, if you are going away for a short period of time we will come and feed your animals, walk them and even stay with them over night if required.
Pool Cleaning and Garden Maintenance
La Romana Property services offer a pool cleaning and a garden maintenance service and again you do not have to have brought a property through us. In regards to the pool cleaning, we can either just set you up so as you know how to clean the pool your selves or we will be happy to take care of it throughout the year. You do not want to arrive on holiday to find you can’t use your pool! If you need a pool cover or require heating for your pool, again we will be able to obtain this for you. However as with our properties we do not use the cheapest products on the market but we do use the best. I do not see the point in saving a few euro only to have to replace the item within a short time. Get it right 1st time and all will be fine.
Most gardens are very low maintenance but they still need to be kept on top of. If you have a garden that you would like us to landscape for you, just let us know. Again we are not cowboys in this department. I have had to attend properties where the people who have done the job have quoted the same if not a higher price than we would have but have cut corners on the job just to make that extra few bucks! Not worth it. I have to put it right which sometimes costs more than the initial job would have been. Unlike what I have said earlier the most expensive quote for work involving labour is not always the best. Always get a detailed breakdown of what work you want done and how that work is going to be done and the payment terms. Do not ever pay for all the job in advance. If the company you are dealing with cant stand the initial cost of your job, how good was their last job?
Holiday Villas in Spain to rent If you already have a property in Spain and would like to discuss marketing it to let or for sale on this web site then do feel free to contact us.
